BeeLeads Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BeeLeads websites, software, APIs, and related services. By using BeeLeads, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.
2. Service Use
You may use BeeLeads only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for your campaign content, communication recipients, and lawful outreach practices.
3. Integrations and Third-Party Services
BeeLeads may integrate with third-party services (including Google, email providers, and calendar providers). Your use of third-party services is also subject to their terms and policies.
4. Google API Services
If you connect Google services, BeeLeads may use the Gmail send and Calendar events permissions solely to provide user-requested features (such as sending outreach emails and creating calendar events). BeeLeads does not sell Google user data.
5. Fees and Billing
Paid features require a subscription or usage-based payment. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated by BeeLeads in writing.
6. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
- No unauthorized access, interference, scraping, or disruption of the service.
- No use that violates anti-spam, privacy, or telemarketing laws.
7. Intellectual Property
BeeLeads and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, branding, and related materials, except for customer data and content you provide.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeLeads disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which BeeLeads operates, unless otherwise required by law.
